Through these efforts, the Ambassadors have been successful at referri ng close to one hundred folks toAbleâspartner agency the Center for Economic Progress (CEP). CEP is liable for helping people with registering for medical insurance through the Affordable Care Act. During this time, Ambassador outreach efforts have been focused in direction of people who are eligible for the Medicaid expansion, also called County Care.
